Great location, not so great accomodations
Positives: Great location and very helpful and friendly staff!
Negatives: Even though the staff tried to help us, the wifi never worked and they never sent the "person to fix the wifi". Also, the room was okay at first glance and had a great balcony with a street view, but when you looked closely we noticed it wasn't that clean at all. We found hair in the towels and beds, some small stains also in the beds, and some dust accumulated in some spots of the apartment. This was a disappointment for our family because we really enjoyed the location and the friendly staff, but yeah, some things could improve given the high price. We know we are majorly paying for that incredible location, but they could improve in matching the inside to the outside.

A CHAOTİC ADVANTURE
Positives: The location was wonderfull, very close to all major places. You can see all central Madrid by walking from this hotel.
Negatives: 28th of April at around 12:00 pm there happened a catastrophic electric stuck in Madrid and whole Spain.Everything gone. No electric, no internet, no call nothing. I just received your email about the taxi(7 hours later.) Despite no communication, we have waited about 20-30 minutes at the meeting point near the hotel but no taxi no driver showed up. To be able to reach the airport on time and not to miss the flight, we started to look for any transportation but couldn't find anything. Because, there happned a big traffic jam and all the roads closed. After walking long kilometers, luckily we found an uber taxi for 50 € and finally reached to airport. Surprise, we had already missed the flight and learned that all the hotels are full in the city. Thats why we will have to stay at the airport untill tomorrow 14:30. We hardly able to buy 4 tickets for the first avaliable fligth, for the highest price. Consequently, the assinged driver didn't come to pick us up and we missed the flight. If we hadn't waited for the assigned taxi we would most probably catch the flight. We lost quite much money because of this situation. First I ask you to refund my taxi payment (from hotel to airport)which withdrawn from my credit card by booking.com and compansate our monetary damage (around 1.400 €) for the missing flight.
